We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Returns and Refund Policy

At Harper’s Gift Shop Boutique LLC, we take pride in the care and detail that go into every handmade and custom-printed product. Because of the unique and personalized nature of our items, we want to ensure you fully understand our return and refund process before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and/or customized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement item at no extra cost, or
- Issue a store credit/refund (depending on the situation).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Custom-made products (e.g., nameplates, personalized designs).
Digital downloads or patterns.
Sale or clearance items.
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care after delivery.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
